We all know the three most important factors in a Kansas hunting farm are cover, food, and water. You will find all three present on this tract.

Loaded with massive plum thickets throughout the rolling Sandhills. These thickets create dense bedding cover not only for whitetails but also for several coveys of bob white quail that are currently living on the farm.
