Back in the spring, I listed and sold the property to the west of this one. It only took a few days. I’d describe the elevation changes as rolling, so a walk through the woods is enjoyable. I’ll be brutally honest, I see A LOT of land, and anymore, it really takes something special to get me excited, and this one does exactly that.
