There’s marketable timber to help pay for the farm or to hold as a savings account. There are thick nasty areas for the deer to feel safe and topography that helps predict deer movement. I’d describe the elevation changes as rolling, so a walk through the woods is enjoyable. I’ll be brutally honest, I see A LOT of land, and anymore, it really takes something special to get me excited, and this one does exactly that.
