It is recommended that a four-wheel drive vehicle or off-road vehicle be used to get to this property. This Spruce Branch watershed comprises several hollows and points leading in from the east, south, and west, feeding this blue line stream. Once you leave the gravel and pass that last home on the left, you won't see another neighbor, just absolute solitude to bask in. The only thing you hear here is the gurgling of the small stream flowing over the rocks and the breeze through the treetops. A strong and viable future timber value is on this property and could potentially be used to recover much of the initial purchase if desired, as it appears to have been at least 25 years since last timbered. With just a little work, the old logging roads throughout could make for good hiking trails and horseback riding or could be opened further to handle UTV/ATVs. A few spots near the main valley would be perfect for an "off-the-grid" cabin site. This property would be perfect for a weekend getaway to hunt, hike, camp, or explore. Mineral rights are not included with the property and were excepted out many years ago. Access into the property is by off-road or 4WD vehicles only, as much of the road is in the creek bed.
