The terrain slopes uphill slightly from the road to the top of a hill with a rise of about 60 feet before sloping back down to the field where the cabin is located. Below the field the terrain is generally flat with a very slight downhill grade until the back 20% of the property which drops down a slope with several benches to the back of the property on the north east boundary. From the field to the back of the property is a roughly 380’ change in elevation. Boundaries are well marked with posted signs and corner pins.
