It is 30 feet deep at its deepest point with sandy/gravel shorelines perfect for swimming. I have been on the lake a few times since we owned it and the panfish and bass fishing is outstanding. There is a public boat landing but not many from the outside world come to visit. The HOA is a great group of people. We treat the lake for invasive species of weeds and stock Walleye on occasion. I have heard the world record "Louie Spray" Musky may have actually come from this lake, but that story has never been proven and remains just another Northwoods Legend. But, it is still fun to think.... just maybe! Their is electric at the road and the lot is semi cleared and gently sloping before it drops off to the lake. Not perfectly flat for sure, but good luck finding a more beautiful lot as you will pay a lot more!
