Dave is the BEST agent and was extremely knowledgeable about the area and the history of the land. He was so easy to work with and was like talking to an old friend. Even after the sale we have kept in touch and he checks in with us when has the chance. We have recommended him to friends who are also in the market for land. If we have the opportunity to purchase additional acreage for ourselves , we would call Dave in a heart beat!
