We had an amazing experience with Kyle Herr and Whitetail Properties. After having past less than stellar experiences with other agencies, realtors Kyle restored or faith in realtors. He had great communication through the entire process. He responded within 20 minutes of our first email. He looked at the property that was 2 hours away within 2 days. There was great communication about comparable properties and expectations. The day after we signed he went back up and took great pictures and drone footage. We had a good offer within a week of listing and closed fast. We had planned on closing remotely so the last time we were there to take our personal stuff out we called Kyle and agreed to hide the keys to the trailer. At close the buyers insisted the keys be at closing. Kyle got up at 430 am and drove to the property got the keys and drove them to closing. By the time he got home he had 4.5 hours of driving and time in getting the keys there. All in all it was a great experience and we would highly recommend Kyle and Whitetail Properties

I think the best compliment I can give these three individuals is that while they represented the seller on two separate properties that I purchased, I never felt that they were adversarial in any way, in fact just the opposite. They all worked with my agent and me with the sincere goal of bringing both parties together to obtain a mutually satisfactory outcome. I believe that happened with both properties that were sold. What a refreshing experience given the current market conditions. I would recommend any of these men if you are interested in land for recreation, hunting, and or fishing.

I think Zeke is very good as a real-estate agent. We spoke with him on the phone about selling some property we have. He drover out to the land. Advised us of what would be the best approach to selling it. We needed to clear a section to show the water view. He lined up someone for us. We had the view opened up and Zeke found a buyer within a few days. It was a win-win for everyone.
