I am writing to you to let you all know what a great experience we had working with Paul Morrison on our recent land purchase in Tennessee. My wife Deb and I, and Deb’s brother, Rob and Susan, purchased property in PA from Whitetail Properties agent, property owner and seller, Scott Bixler, on March 19, 2021. For a few years it has been a goal of ours to purchase a forested hunting property and build a family cabin. We were fortunate to come across the Perry County listing that boarders Tuscarora State Forest in early February, and within 3 or 4 days walk the snow covered property with Scott Bixler, make the decision to buy on the ride home, and settle on the property all in a 5 to 6 week span. Scott was very attentive and responsive to our questions throughout the entire process, and he accepted our request without question for an early 7 am meeting in the law office of a close family friend. We are now one step closer to realizing our family goal!
