This was not an easy or typical listing for Colin to work with, but that didn't stop him!  I was impressed with his diligence, positiveness, can do attitude, professionalism and willingness to make a 4 hour round trip on several occasions to show our property. His willingness to wait for the right buyer resulted in the perfect family buying our old home place to turn it into a hunting lodge.  The buyer owns a guided hunt service and right before the closing asked if he could name the lodge "Diamond Lodge" after our family name.  That might seem like small potatoes to some but for our family it made the transition a whole lot easier.
