We had a great experience. Mitch was helpful and made things go smoothly. We had previously tried to purchase a different piece of land using a residential real estate attorney. We ran into many hiccups along the way because of the difference between residential and agricultural purchasing. After that failed attempt, we knew we wanted to use a dedicated ag realtor, and Mitch did an excellent job.

Tommy was great to work with. I had looked at probably 20 properties in the last several years with multiple real estate agents. They almost never walked the property with me, and the ones that did didn't know anything about hunters or hunting. Working with Tommy was a completely different experience. He and I spent several weekends together walking properties. We walked through every manner of swamps and woods all through Northern Florida. It was great.
