As the owner of over 800 acres of land in Scottsburg, Indiana, I have been dealing with various real estate agents since 1974. When we sold all but 19+ acres of our inventory. We looked to find a realtor who could dispose of this property and allow us to completely divest ourselves of our Indiana property. This survey doesn't give justice to the service I received. Both the buyer and me the seller are very satisfied with the price and the condition of the property. My agent was very patient sifting through a buyer that just wasn't right for the property and arrived with a buyer suited for the farm. Today I got a text picture of the new owner, having shot two big toms with one shot at first light on Opening Day of Spring turkey! I am very satisfied.

Cody did an extremely good job with this transaction. He knew what we were looking for in a property and told us about a property just minutes after it was listed. He made an appointment for us to look at the property the next day in the morning. He went with us to the property and he had already researched it and was able to tell us about the property in detail. We really liked the property and we let Cody know were wanted to make an offer but wanted to get some answers from contractors. We made contact with contractors and Cody met with the contractors when we couldn't so we could get information. Cody contacted the listing agent to tell him we were going to make an offer and was informed of another interested party. He immediately let us know and we made an offer which he walked us through and turned into the listing agent. Because of Cody's help and his attention to our needs in this transaction we were able to acquire the property of our dreams. Cody went above and beyond to make sure that we were able to achieve our wishes.
