Zeb was EXCELLENT! He's very knowledgeable about the area and was able to understand what we were looking for very quickly. He was able to match us with a property that fit well within our budget and requirements. Due to some oversight on the part of the selling party and agent (from a different agency) the transaction was trickier than it should have been. Zeb's experience and client -focused demeanor helped us work through those issues with a minimal amount of stress.
