This was an amazing experience!!! Tondo has gone way beyond any expectations that I might have had. I cannot begin to list the things that he has done on his own time to help me purchase this property and introduce me to the tenants and neighbors and help me work on a QDMA plan. He joined me at the title company and before the ink was dry he was driving me to the property to take me deer hunting. I purchased the property sight unseen and it is absolutely perfect in every respect! This is truly a dream come true. Not only do I have a beautiful farm, but a great new friend as well.
