I just wanted to take a moment and thank you for your help and input throughout the entire process of making my first land purchase.  Every time I called with questions you were always quick to get back with me.  You kept in close contact with me, the sellers and the title company to make sure things went smoothly. My wife and I recently purchased 217 acres of prime Whitetail and Turkey habitat through Mr. Mott. I called Steve and told him what we were looking for and Steve went to work. He is extremely knowledgeable on whitetails and awesome hunting habitat. After just one day of touring properties, we made an offer on a great 217 acre farm. This was our first purchase of hunting/farm land, and Steve did an outstanding job guiding a NYC boy through it all. To make it even more complicated for Steve, we had partners located in other states. His patience and understanding went a long way. Steve's enthusiasm and positive attitude are without equal and I would recommend using Steve for your land/farm purchase. Steve and I also built a great friendship along the way.

Phil truly has an eye for spotting spectacular farms. He did not pressure us once along the way, but only offered his advice. The worst part about the purchase of this farm is coming home after pulling the memory cards from the trail cameras and having to sit at the computer for hours looking at the quality and quantity of whitetails and turkeys living on our farm.
