Great experience!

We had a property here in Troy that we listed back in July with Joe

Sangimino and Tanner Rauk. It just sold and closed two days ago.

We just wanted to let you know what a great experience it was working

with both agents. Joe was really the lead on this as he is much closer

than Tanner is. Joe was first class all the way. He covered all the

bases and did a wonderful job of exposing our property to as many

potential buyers as possible. He has a great way of being totally

professional, while at the same time keeping everything on a very

friendly and casual basis. We never had to wait for a reply from Joe or

Tanner, as they were both very responsive to any of our needs or questions.

We formed a friendship with Joe that I truly believe will last a long time.

We will recommend both agents to anyone we know going forward.

Travis Cleveland told me about the property, picked me up at my house, took me to the property, and drove me around in his 4x4. We discussed the pros/cons of the property, and he handled the negotiations. Travis is terrific!!

I'm 59, and remember when men were hard-working, good people, who were above all else, honest. This pretty much sums up Jeff Heil. He works hard, and is successful because of it. It took Jeff 23 hours to sell our land, and I still asked why it took so long :-) Seriously though, if you want someone who will work their butt off for you, Jeff is your man. I can't say enough good about him, and it's refreshing in today's world to be able to trust someone. He's a straight shooter that has his ducks in a row when it comes to every step of the process. Hire the best if you're looking for land, or needing to sell. Hire Jeff Heil.

My agent was Cody Kanuscak. From the first phone call, Cody was very professional and personable. He was also very responsive. If he did not answer your phone call or text, he got back to you a short time later, you never had to wait. Initially, I was very apprehensive about dealing with a realtor long distance. I did, however; decide to contact Whitetail Properties to inquire about listing and left Cody a message. As it turned out, he was out of state on a business trip and called me a short time later during a break.

Being a long distance from my property, it was not easy to get to. Cody was very flexible and accommodating. He met me at my property at my first opportunity.

Cody was very informative, knowledgeable about the Upper Peninsula market, and very accommodating – easy to work with. He took the time to not only look at the cabin, but to walk the property with me. After my partner and I agreed to list with Whitetail Properties, Cody walked the property a second time on his own. He was very thorough and also responsive to my concerns and input…he listened.

Once it was listed, it was sold within a week at our asking price. Cody was very aggressive to make sure the property was in front of the buyers. I was amazed the property sold that fast. I honestly thought it would take a year or longer to sell. From my first contact with Cody in person to closing took less than five weeks.

I have other hunting property and my biggest compliment to Cody and Whitetail Properties is that when it is time to sell, I will be calling Whitetail Properties again!
