It was wonderful start to finish. We met with Tanner, he explained what Whitetail/he would do to market our place, we determined our price point, he took wonderful film; we liked Tanner from the time he introduced himself. Tanner has a great personality and is easy to talk to, answered all of our questions and led us through the entire process. We’re very pleased and will recommend Tanner/Whitetail again.

Jason is a fabulous realtor. He's very knowledgeable, very thorough and so easy to work with. You definitely have "a keeper" with him!

Krystin did a great job for us. In the past, we have had other realtors with other companies make big promises and then fail to follow through. Krystin did everything she said she would and more. She was prompt at following up with us and keeping us informed and was always professional and courteous. Our property was a lakefront lot in a very remote, hard to get to place, and she didn't hesitate to show it to multiple parties. We've had other realtors complain about how difficult it was to get to and were more worried about scratching their cars than they were selling the property. Krystin never hesitated to take prospective buyers there and she never once complained. We were very pleased with her service and would highly recommend her.

Raggs was immediately responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. He did his research on the property and its surrounding parcels, and he is now reaching out to a property owner on our behalf to purchase an adjacent parcel. Additionally, he connected us with a builder in the area--that was helpful as we are from out-of-town. He communicates even when the news is "we're still waiting to hear," which I appreciate as it lets me know that my interests are still on his radar. I wish more land brokers and realtors had his professionalism!
