We have owned hunting property in Northeast Kansas for just over 3 years now, and we absolutely love it. However, we always kept an eye out for something closer to my parents' farm in North Central Kansas. I checked your website on a daily basis for months, maybe closer to a year. One day a unique property popped up only a half mile from my parents' farm. It just felt right, so I contacted Colin and expressed my interest. I let him know the time wasn't quite right, but I just had a feeling about this property. I asked Colin to keep an eye on it, and any others that might come available in the area, and he did. We stayed in contact for close to a year. We talked a lot. He met us for a walk through early on, and then arranged a solo walk through for me months later. Colin was always available when I needed an update, or sometimes just to shoot the breeze. I consider Colin a friend. Other properties popped up, but we just kept coming back to this one every time. Well, the stars finally aligned and amazingly, the property was still available. Maybe it was destiny. Colin connected me with a local farmer which was instrumental in making the final deal. Once we pulled the trigger, Colin made the process so easy. There was never any pressure. Colin was very professional, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and a good listener. It doesn't take long to realize how passionate he is about what he does. It was a no brainer when we decided to sell the Northeast Kansas property. Colin was our guy.

This was a very difficult sale as I held a deed to 80 acres and we had a buyer for $240,000 and when I arrived to finalize the deal I found out I didn't really own 80 acres and that sale fell through. I only had 46 acres. After a year or so we made a sale for $135,000. Wasn't what I had expected but Sean did a good job of selling what I really owned.

Michael is very knowledgeable in his job and although the seller stole property that was supposed to remain, Michael is taking out of his own commission to make amends, though I don’t have much respect for the seller, Michael stepped up to the plate as a professional and a sensible person.

I was working with Tim on looking at some properties. This piece was no longer on the market. Tim contacted owner and worked out a deal to get him to put it back up for sale and we closed the deal. Excellent work Tim
