Jason is a great guy, who I now consider a friend. He was helpful all the way through the process. The survey wasn't completed on time which caused some concern. Also, the DocuSign process is not streamlined. Other than that, the experience was good and I would definitely like to work with Jason again in the future.

Chris was very informative and very active in marketing our property. Our first offer though the price offered was fair the contingencies the buyer added made it a bad deal. Chris recommended writing our own contingency in so we could continue to show the property. It paid off very quickly, with a new offer the first buyer had 72 hours to remove their contingencies or with draw the offer. They with drew the offer and we were able to close the deal on the new offer which was much better. Chris sold our property in a very reasonable time and at a reasonable price. We would recommend Chris and Whitetail Properties to everyone.

Shad did a great job. If he did not have an answer to a question he was resourceful and got the answer. My wife and I liked the fact that he took the time to walk the property with us. Lots of swamp and brush to walk through.

Terry Patrick is excellent to work with, highly creative and very trustworthy. I believe he is very good at finding a win-win for the buyer and seller.
