We are very pleased with our experience. We received good advice and prompt communications. The drone video was especially effective. We wanted to expose our property outside the immediate area. The sale was finally completed to a buyer in Minnesota.

Jerrod has sold a couple of properties for my wife and I. I cannot express to you how much we have enjoyed working with him. My wife and I just sold a 320 acre parcel we have owned in Primero Ranch, just outside of Trinidad Colorado for the last 20 years.  Jerrod Meyer did a fantastic job helping us through the process. He took the time to look at the property, help us price right, and great marketing. He is one hard working man and really knows, that area.
 
     We certainly recognize that no one can guarantee a quick sale, or a sale at all, but in our case we listed on April 15th and closed on June 21st. In addition we sold it for $500 more per acre than another realtor recommended our selling price should be. That person was too busy to even come out and look at our property.
