Ben Richardson did a fantastic job. On our first tour of the property with the Family, we jumped a doe. Little did we know, hours before our arrival she had dropped a fawn. With Ben’s outdoorsman abilities we found the fawn and were able to capture wonderful photos. Being from the same rural community, we have known the Richardson family for many years. Ben comes from good stock. He is a God fearing, honest, hardworking, family man and outdoorsman. It took about 6 months negations before the previous Owner and I agreed on the terms of sale. Ben was always very responsive throughout the process. Without his assistance I truly feel the deal would not have closed. Our family is extremely happy to have this property. We have other properties, but this one is the most unique of all. We can't thank Whitetail Properties and Ben enough for making our dream of owning this one come true. It will serve us well for generations to come.

     We certainly recognize that no one can guarantee a quick sale, or a sale at all, but in our case we listed on April 15th and closed on June 21st. In addition we sold it for $500 more per acre than another realtor recommended our selling price should be. That person was too busy to even come out and look at our property.
