Amazing! I have bought several properties and this is the first time I felt I had a realtor truly representing me in the transaction. Bryce kept us updated throughout the process, but his knowledge of land is what separates him from the pack. He walked the land before the purchase and even came out afterwards to give me advice on projects. Bryce is just a great guy that you can trust is shooting you straight.

The whole process went very smooth. Chad answered any and all of my questions. He was very prompt in returning phone calls/emails and kept me up to date every step of the way. Was easy to talk with without feeling intimidated or pressured in any way. Very relaxed and laid back kind of attitude. It was great, the first time it was after 8.30pm. He was nice we were on phone for at least an hour. He answered all of my questions, I had a lot of questions, it was my first time buying land and house. It was a great experience. I stayed at the house last week and had a ball.
