Stephen Schlein was extremely helpful in getting everything done via email, which was necessary since I represented all the 11 sellers from my home in Colorado. Stephen's replies to my questions were responsive and accurate, even though the property was only about 15 acres. It was a pleasure working with him in what could have been a much more difficult ordeal, getting notarized signatures from the mostly retired sellers during the holiday season.
