Tondo was exceptional! He made a very difficult experience in dealing with a seller, manageable. He went way past what anyone could ask for in an agent. From running down contracts for pond building, finding the neighbors’ names and contact info, to researching mineral right contracts. Bruce Witte was well-mannered and professional in every aspect of the listing, negotiation of the sale and closing. Bruce was able to sell the property quickly, for a excellent price and did so without any issues. He even traveled 60 miles (each trip) to meet the buyer and again to have papers signed - most realtors whine about the travel - he did not. If we had more property to sell - we'd call Bruce again - no question.

Boyce was very knowledgeable and ALWAYS returned my calls. He kept me updated and went above what I have seen from other agents in the past while dealing with agents in Florida. Probably the best agent I have ever dealt with and I am even going to recommend him to my relatives in Kentucky if they look for land in the future and anyone else I know.

Rich was a representative for both the seller and the buyer in this land transaction. I felt Rich played the part of middle man very well, hence the reason I did not want to cut his commission in half by bringing in my own representative.
