Billy was fantastic to work with for a number of reasons: 1) He was always on time, 2) He agreed to meet us multiple times on a Saturday because that was the best time for us, 3) After we looked at the land once, we ended up wanting to look at it again several more times. Billy never once complained. In fact, he loaded up his 4 wheeler so that we didn't have to walk the entire acreage. 5) Whatever questions we had were answered in a timely manner. 6) His communication skills were top-notch. He encouraged us to contact him anytime via cell, or email. 7) Lastly, Billy is just a super nice guy and easy to converse with. He is extremely knowledgeable about real estate, and I would recommend Billy and your agency to anyone. Job very well done!!

When my wife and I first met Brandon, we could tell how passionate he was about selling property for Whitetail Properties. I have bought and sold several properties over the past 40 years. I've learned that real estate agents can be a peculiar bunch. A couple of them would have appropriately had coon hounds turned loose on them. But Kyle Herr is not one of those. I listed my small property in Itasca Co., Mn with Kyle in March.  I found him to be very pleasant, totally professional and one heck of a hard worker!  He had the property sold in two weeks and for a price 10% over what I'd listed it for. Now that's gettin' the job done! Mr. Joe Martin did a fantastic job. He met me on the Friday after Thanksgiving and walked the 90-acre property. He took 113 photos and sold it.
