Mr. Tondo Waldron has been exemplary in his work with us and I have nothing but praise for his outstanding service. My wife and I decided to return to Kansas after 7 years in California. Hunting has always been an important part of my life and owning quality hunting land has been my dream. My online searches led me to the Whitetail Properties website and Tondo Waldron. His extensive knowledge of the property I was interested in that and the professionalism he displayed in conducting the transaction instilled great confidence in his abilities. I purchased the property sight unseen and was not disappointed – it far exceeded my wildest expectations. Mike was great! Our case was very complicated and difficult, but he handled all of it well. He was the seller's agent, but helped us (the buyers) a lot. We hired a lawyer who specialized in real estate to represent us and ask the appropriate questions to keep our best interests in mind. We did recommend Mike to a friend who is now making an offer on a property with Mike as his agent.

Mr. Larry was very professional and helpful. He always made himself available to any questions or concerns I had. The process of purchasing land went much smoother and faster than I imagined it would. I couldn't have asked for a better person to represent myself during the process!

Kirk was perfect in every way. There is no question that he is an experienced professional and a true gentleman. He made the process easy for us. Being an out of state owner/seller complicates things for sure…but Kirk handled it all with poise and effectiveness. Not to mention, he had a buyer and closed the sale inside 3 months from listing. We reached out to Derek because when we initially considered selling our property, we figured that our customer base would mostly be hunters.  We sold the home and farm to friends of ours, who will keep it looking nice. We feel very lucky that they were interested after meeting with them twice at our home. Derek did a great job of setting up the necessary phone calls and meetings needed.
