For the most part, I'm not a fan of real estate agents. Gary is the exception to the rule in my book. He had my best interest at heart and sold me the property that fit best. He is extremely knowledgeable, attentive and trustworthy. I will recommend him to my friends in the music industry.

We had previously worked with other realtors who gave us property locations, but never actually met us at the properties to walk them; this left us frustrated because even though we had approximate locations we had no clue where we were! Kyle Herr took great pictures and had detailed descriptions of land. He was quick to return our calls and was willing to work with us to coordinate times to view properties. It didn't take us long to find our Northern Piece of Heaven and with Door-to-acre service you can't lose with Whitetail!

Clyde truly went above and beyond when he sold us our property. Buying property can feel very intimidating, but Clyde took care of everything and broke it all down for us which made the process very easy. He is a wealth of knowledge and will be helping me with some strategic plans on hunting, etc. I really like the fact that he wasn't there just to get his money and bounce. Instead he has kept in contact with us anytime we have had a question. This is customer service at it's finest and Whitetail Properties should feel privileged to have him employed. Tondo went and still is going WAY above and beyond what I expected out of a land agent. I met Brandon two years ago when he showed me a Whitetail Properties listing. After talking with me during our tour, he knew it wasn't what I was looking for. His knowledge, passion and professionalism about land was very impressive. I remembered Brandon when I decided to sell my 20-acre patch of woods recently. All it took was one phone call. Brandon talked with me and figured out what I had and told me he thought he could sell it. He came up with a plan that I agreed to. I had a firm contract 8 days after he listed my property. The whole process went quick, including the closing. Brandon delivered exactly what he promised me.

I have nothing but high remarks to say about Neil Hauger. His communication and knowledge were superb. Our deal took 6 months to complete due to issues related to the seller and Neil was always there to assist. He treated us, the buyer, with great insight and advice. I can't imagine getting this deal put together without his expertise. If I had land to sell or buy, I'd recommend Neil in a heartbeat. He's rock solid.
