Whitetail Properties made the sale of my property a breeze with very little effort on my part. Bill listed and sold the farm in less than two months. It was nice to not have to go to the closing and just wait for my check. Everything was done via internet or fax and I could continue to focus on my business.  It was a smooth transaction from start to finish and I received a fair price.

Jason went above and beyond for us and did a lot of the work the other realtor was supposed to have done. Had we continued to wait for them to do all the things promised for closing, we would still be waiting. Jason was courteous, knowledgeable, and attentive. We felt very taken care of throughout the whole process with Jason/Whitetail Properties. The title company had several issues that delayed closing by a few days, as their services were lacking at the crucial moment due to inattention to detail on closing documentation and incorrect documents for easement signage. Jason did whatever he could to get all of that mess taken care of and done, and we thank him so very much for that. He is truly a genuinely honest & good person, and you can tell that when you first meet him. He is a great addition to Whitetail Properties, and we really enjoyed witnessing this company mean what it says when it wants you to have your dream property.
