Jackson was very deliberate about following up on this property while it was under contract with another buyer. That enabled us to put it under contract as soon as the other buyer fell out. He also did a great job of navigating us through the inspection period, some repairs needed, and ultimately getting both the buyer and seller happy with the transaction.
