Stephen did a very good job in working with a difficult buyer. The buyer decided to not use a separate agent to represent him but in turn continued to want to directly interact with me the seller. I told Stephen it was fine after he tried many times to handle the questions and manage the process. I know the buyer wore Stephen out just like he did me. In the end Stephen got the deal done just as he was hired to do and the negotiation process was smooth as well as the closing process went off with no issues.
