From the initial phase of helping me explore and appreciate what was being sold and how it would or would not suit my needs, to finalizing the details of the transaction... each step was met with extreme professionalism. I never doubted that he had my best interest in mind. For example, halfway through the contract phase after earnest money had already been put down, there was a small dispute with the seller about commissions. Cody was willing to forgo his portion to ensure the deal did not fall through even though it had been a misunderstanding on the seller's part.
