Joseph is a great communicator, I appreciated his honesty and integrity. He kept me informed of all property showings and feedback from them. He advised me of how to make the property show better. He had a very good MLS presentation of the property which I think caught the eyes of buyers. He was on time on appointments . He helped at negotiations with realistic expectations.

The land we decided to sell has been in our family for 106 years. The online/in person auction and auctioneer were extremely professional and experienced. It takes a lot to impress a farmer. We received considerable input from our community on how impressed they were with the job that Whitetail, Mitch Dellamuth, and Joe Gizdic did with advertising, conducting the auction, and working with the buyers.
