Dalton with Whitetail Properties was amazing in his knowledge and his efforts to get things done, which was not easy. Many hoops had to be jumped through to get a VA Veterans loan. The property is very remote, and things had to be fixed on and in the house. He found me professionals in the area to do the work, also fixing some things himself when he couldn't find contractors. I was 1300 miles away and couldn't find people to do the jobs.

Dalton was always positive and went out of his way to make sure I was informed and that I felt secure in the process of buying my home. He even called me regularly to make sure I wasn't getting discouraged. You just don't find this kind of professionalism and personal care out there these days.

We had the best experience working with Mike. He was so helpful in setting up the properties that we wished to view and found all the necessary information on each of the properties. He drove around all afternoon showing us the different places. He has a wealth of helpful knowledge when it comes to land and the necessary steps needed for us to buy a property.
