When I went to the mailbox one day this summer we had received a beautiful advertisement from a real estate company called Whitetail Properties. The advertisement was sent by Bob Stalberger. It said that he was looking for hunting, ranch, or farmland in Southeast Minnesota. We had some property that we wanted to sell in northern Minnesota.  We were told by a Real Estate company to the north of us, that it would be hard to move. For some reason, I decided to call Bob. He returned my call right away and came to our house where we wrote up a listing agreement. This was in August.  He went right at it and it was closed in October. Bob is such a fine man to deal with.  Polite, informative, and has a lot of patience with the elderly. Whitetail Properties is lucky to have him for an agent. So if you have property to sell, get in contact with Bob Stalberger. 

I have already referred a friend of mine to Brian. I have never bought land like this before and Brian took his time and talked to me about all options and asked questions that I hadn't considered. He gave me his honest opinion and will only be using him in the future. Thank you.

About Justin Mason, I met him when he joined my BNI (Business Networking International) group. I was impressed with Justin pretty quick as I found him to be a very courteous and knowledgeable young man with a passion for what he does. He is a very talented individual and a great asset to Whitetail Properties. Last year he was very instrumental in starting our local QDMA chapter. I have learned so much more about deer hunting and land management since joining QDMA.

In casual conversation with Justin I mentioned possibly finding another farm to hunt and manage if I could find one close to property that I already own. He immediately showed genuine concern to my needs and wants. We discussed a few options and soon he showed me a farm only 3.5 miles away with great potential. Along with Mark Williams, Justin showed me the farm in detail. We discussed options and made the offer. He kept me informed throughout. He has the uncanny ability to help you see the land for what it is and more importantly what it could be. I highly recommend Justin Mason to anybody looking into buying or selling land!!

I wanted to drop a quick email to thank you and Whitetail Properties for the excellent service we have had on both the buying and selling end of two different properties. We were concerned that being "out of staters" that we would not be viewed upon as serious buyers (or sellers) and other people would come first, that was not the case at all. From the beginning you have treated us like we have known  you for years. You were  always very professional, you listened to what we were looking for and you didn¹t waste our time with properties that didn¹t fit us. You also made the closings (paperwork) very easy, We never had to come to a closing in person which made it very easy for us. We cannot get over how fast you sold our property and, in turn, found another one that suited our needs better. I can¹t imagine using any other real estate company other than Whitetail Properties (and Jeff Propst). The name truly says it all. We will be telling everyone we know about the experiences we have had. I can¹t imagine going anywhere else to buy or sell recreational property. Your contact list (both buyers and sellers) must be a mile long to get the turn around that you had for us on both sales we were involved in.
 
You didn¹t just come across as our agent- you quickly became a friend. We know that you are someone we can call upon for years to come. There is not too many "agents" that you can call on for the other things that we have asked of you in the last couple years. In today¹s market (I don¹t care what your selling) it¹s all about service, and that is what you are all about!!!!!! EXCEPTIONAL SERVICEŠ. Thanks again for all of your time and effort, you have truly made buying out of state land enjoyable.

Mark was very quick to handle whatever arose and we had several issues with appraisers and closing dates.

Aaron was great to work with, he was very professional and accommodating. He took the time to answer all my questions and walked the entire property with me. He even drove out after a snow storm to meet me at the time of my choosing. Aaron represented both me and the seller of the property fairly and equally, he definitely is trustworthy and a good guy.

I met Jason less than 6 months ago, and I am happy I did. After receiving a mailing, I made a call to Jason. Our property had been listed with a local realtor on and off for over 3 years, and the property was never shown to a potential buyer. After contracting Jason, our property was under contract in 3 months. I am a happy customer!!!
