Gary was fantastic, could not be happier! He took the time to find out what I was looking for in a property, and based on my needs he suggested several properties for me to look at since I was new to the recreational property search. He was not in a hurry to sell me something, and our search took almost a year. I believe he genuinely wanted me to buy the right property for me, and guided me through the entire process and shared his experience with me to ensure I did not make any mistakes or overlook something. I have a lot of trust in Gary and highly recommend him.

Clint was very accessible at all hours and very helpful, knowledgeable, and personable. Had a good interview with Clint and his partner and thought they would work hard to market and sell the property -- and at a competitive commission rate. Also liked the national presence of Whitetail as opposed to smaller locally based land brokers.

We contacted Nick regarding a property on Whitetail Properties website, and it had a pending offer. There was a house we found on Zillow near that house and asked Nick to show it to us. Nick was great to work with and made the process great. We felt he was always looking out for our best interest.
