Luke provided accurate, and realistic feedback regarding the status of the current market in the area and the appropriate listing price. We were able to accept an offer less than 1% below our asking price and less than 1 month from the time we listed.

I enjoyed working with Gary Carty on my sons recent land purchase. Gary was easy to work with and very prompt in handling this transaction. We were so happy with Rich Flowers he had our farm in contract in 9 days. Rich was wonderful to talk to and anytime we called him he always answered. I had called 6 or 7 other places that sent us cards and no one would come see it, but when I call Rich he said I'd love to see it. He was a very friendly person. We love him, he took care of everything for us . Thank you for all your time.

Jason needs to be promoted and/or given a raise. He not only represents as an agent, he is very knowledgeable in land management, care, game management, etc. His follow up is timely and if he doesn't know the answer, he finds out.

Good experience. Happy with the farm we bought. The website was great and the online listing basically sold the property. Rich was polite and responsive and seemed knowledgeable of the area. We did significant personal research before purchasing which helped with the process. Being able to complete the entire process remotely was helpful as we are not local. Hope to meet Rich at some point after the sale to discuss land management and hunting/property strategies to get the most out of our buying experience.
