When I first met Justin I was skeptical because of his age. But after talking with him for only fifteen minutes I was impressed. He provided me with a very realistic price of what my ground was worth, and within three months I had a buyer. I only have one complaint. That Whitetail Properties didn't have the listing. I wish Aaron made 100% of the commission on this deal. He absolutely deserved it. He worked his tail off for me and I will forever be indebted to him.
 

Tim showed us the property at the end of 2021, which we chose not to buy, and then in 2024 under different conditions via the seller in May 2024. He answered endless questions, working with us and the seller to allow us to buy the property on our terms. Tim was available and responsive throughout the 8-month purchase process that he did not know if we would even close.

Craig was fantastic to work with. It is a different experience working with a group that knows large properties like this and knows how to talk to prospective buyers.
