Thank you so much for the cap and Buck Knife. They are greatly appreciated and totally unexpected. Thanks also for Jeff Quade. He recently helped me sell 160 landlocked acres in my brother's estate. Through his diligent efforts, he negotiated for an easement that I was able to purchase. This gave access to the 160 acres and, therefore, made the property more sellable and valuable. He managed to get more for the property. I feel he went above and beyond the “call of duty” as we went through quite an ordeal and he endured some verbal abuse from another individual. I found him to be very professional and very personable. I thoroughly enjoyed working with him. I also don’t believe that anyone could or would have done as much or as thorough a job as he did.  

I have served for 19 years in the Marine Corps and have moved around a lot. Having had many dealings with real estate agents, Derek Fisher is by far the very best I have worked with. Being extremely knowledgeable in his craft and his ability to work for the betterment of his clients, sets him above any other.

I could not be happier with the outstanding service we received from Seth Gade from Whitetail Properties. We have owned our hunting/rec land for over 30 years. He was extremely prompt on all return calls and emails. He took the time to answer each and every one of our questions to the fullest extent and explained every single step of the process. The photos of our land were amazing. He gave our listing an extraordinary amount of exposure and had showings lined up the first week the property was listed. Not only did he have showings lined up but he sold our 40 acres in less than a month!!  I would not hesitate to use him again if we ever have a hunting property to sell again.  His customer service and abilities are second to none.

I have to say that Greg was the ultimate professional when it came to getting this land deal done. He always kept us informed about the paperwork that had to be snail mailed back and forth. I'm sure it was a tedious job for him as the other party didn't have technology resources at hand. That being said I thought he did a wonderful job with those circumstances and would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell property. Matter of fact I did, and he sold that property also. You are fortunate to have a guy like Greg working on your team.

Gabe was great to work with. I have bought and sold quite a few properties in the past and I have not worked with anyone who was on the same page with my goals as he was. Even after the sale Gabe is still helping me set up my farm. I am more than happy with the way Gabe treated me and conducted himself to the end. I would definitely recommend him to anyone wanting to sell or buy a property in his area. You guys are lucky to have him on your team.

Being a former Marine myself, I was elated and had set high expectations with Aaron being my agent. We met, Aaron  was very thorough, honest and professional. I told him what price I needed and we agreed on a listing price and range I would accept.  Aaron had 3 different showings scheduled for a Saturday morning. When he called after the first showing, I had a contract offer that was acceptable to me. The appraiser came the next week and 3 weeks after that I had a check in my hand. I would recommend Aaron to anyone who wants an agent who has those Marine qualities of dedication, loyalty and hard work to achieve and over come all obstacles.
