Experience with Paul was overall very good.

Everything was extremely rushed at the end. I certainly did not cause any delays and went to the EXTREME getting needed items in to finally close the deal.

Paul was helpful and I understand everything was insanely rushed at the end right at holidays.

Definitely took away from our enjoyment of a special thing for us. I've asked Paul to help me with future property information such as land management and leasing information hope to talk to him soon.

Clint was great. He took us out for a tour of a few properties, before putting us on this one. He gave me some advice on the pros/cons of a larger property vs this smaller property which was surrounded by the preserve. The closing was a little difficult due to some curative title work along with legal access issues, but Clint helped us work through all of those. He even helped negotiate the inclusion of a tractor and side by side in the purchase.

Clayton and Jeff have been amazing to work with! They are always looking out for us and bring deals to the table that might be a good fit for us. They are fun to work with and do a great job executing and following through! We are grateful to have them as part of our buying team!

From the first walkthrough to the closing Bryce was engaged and made sure that we felt like we were getting as much information as possible. It was not a straight forward deal but Bryce went out of his way to make sure we knew what was going on at every step. I can confidently say that this deal would not have happened if Bryce hadn't gone out of his way to make sure that all parties were clear about everything.

Wes and Tim were listed as Seller's agent(s); they put me in touch with Jordan to assist me as Buyer's. I am new to this type of large land purchase and building a structure upon it; the whole team was very timely in assistance and supportive throughout. I will say Jordan went above and beyond in so many ways; I cannot thank him enough. I'd say this is an exceptional team based upon my experience. Stephen is a great guy, seemed tuned in on the area and the market. Knew a lot about deer and deer hunting, it was like talking to a buddy, not an agent. I will absolutely use Stephen again!
