I recently purchased 155 acres in Crawford County Pennsylvania and Josh Ongley was my representative from your company. I spoke with Josh on the phone first and gave him my wish list. Josh was leaving for vacation the next day and made arrangements with a property owner for me to walk their property. It wasn't what I was looking for. As soon as Josh returned from vacation he called me and said he may be listing a property that might be of interest to me. As soon as it was listed, he met me at the property and we walked it before it went on the website. David was quite informative, he did not try to pressure us into making a decision. He knew the property well, served as a great tour guide, and had local knowledge. During the process he regularly called to check in and also provided timely information to the lending agency as needed. If we could give him 6 stars out of 5 we would. Chris was a pleasure to work with. My husband and I live in California and he took the time to go out to the property and make a video of the layout of the land. He sent topography maps and explained the location thoroughly. I flew out from the West Coast and he met me at the property and walked it with us. Our closing was delayed time and time again because of COVID and he remained patient and understanding throughout.
