When we decided we wanted the property, Todd did a great job of taking care of the offer and working with the seller's very uncooperative agent. Our closing went very smoothly and we are extremely happy about the property and the price we paid!!

I appreciate the willingness of the agent to walk the property.  (55 acres)  He was willing to show me whatever I wanted to see and did this with less than 24 hour notice.

Because of the Lords blessings and with the help of Gabe we were able to buy another farm in Iowa. After several transactions with Gabe I have come to the conclusion that when you are working with Gabe you are without a doubt working with one of the best real estate men in SE Iowa.

Brian is The Man. He is what he says he is! He worked on making this happen. He kept us informed the entire time. He is the BEST! I am amazed with all that he did to sell our property. And our property sold and closed within 3 weeks. You ain't going to beat that!!! Thank you, Brian. You are truly #1.

My brother and I listed our farm with a large local realtor without success. We contacted Whitetail Properties and talked to agent Bob Stalberger, who took a much more personal interest in selling the property. Bob walked the whole farm taking lots of photos of crops, creek, woods, deer tracks, and beds to post on his website.We thought that we had one building site but after Bob did some checking with township and county agencies, he found out we had two building sites on this farm. We found Bob to be personable, knowledgeable and would recommend him for your real estate needs.

Good job overall in what could have been very exciting. If you are looking for another agent let me know I would love this line of work.
