My name Is Michael Breitung and I have been actively looking for hunting land for over a year. I have worked with a number of agents will little to show for it.  A couple months ago I picked up the phone and called Seth Gade from Whitetail Properties and explained what I was looking for. I explained to Seth that I know exactly what I want and will not settle for less so it's not going to be easy.  Seth agreed that the type of land I was looking for is hard to find but assured me that he would be able to help me.  Well, I had heard that before only to have agents call me to look at land that did NOT meet my criteria at all. In other words wasting everyone's time in hopes of just selling land to collect  a commission.  Seth did not do that. He only showed me two properties and both were worth looking at (matching my criteria)  in fact I bought the 2nd one and am VERY happy with it.

But it does not stop there.  Seth also is very talented in land management.  I was very impressed with his knowledge to mold the property to maximize it's potential with things like food plots, hinge cutting, water holes, clover planting likely areas, etc.   I could tell he was not just giving me a sales pitch he actually believed in what he was suggesting and made me believe as well.  Not only that but he as offered to actually come out this winter and help me get started which I thought was above and beyond.  No other realtors offered anything like that.  We also are going to shed hunt together this spring. But probably the most important thing is Seth listens to the customer and works to truly find the exact type of property that they are looking for.  He is very friendly and truly does seem to care.  I think not only did I find my dream property but I think I gained another hunting buddy to swap stories with! If you are looking to buy or sell I would wholeheartedly recommend Seth Gade!

Whitetail Properties is very fortunate to have Jeff Quade working for them. Jeff was very professional and extremely patient from the day I first walked the property (4 hours) until the closing date which was some 4 months later. Jeff made me feel that he "had my back" and was looking out for me during this sale. My name is Jason, and I wanted to share an experience I recently had with one of your agents. I know the world of sales, as I run a sales division for a large Healthcare IT company. I also know how hard successful sales people have to work. My experience with Whitetail Properties overall was fair. But, there is one individual who made that experience great! Oddly enough, it was not my own real estate agent, but the seller's agent, Brian Ruesch.

I have to say, Brian was under no obligation to help me, and could have let my agent handle everything. But, if he had, I don't think you would have earned my business. I was not getting the attention and answers needed from my end. Brian went above and beyond to help answer any questions myself, wife, family and friends had.  Brian personally introduced me to several contacts within Wood county, who I needed to get answers from in order to satisfy my offer contingencies. On top of that, Brian always made himself available, provided his personal cell number to myself, was willing to show the land, follow up on open items, and is just genuinely a fun and nice guy to be around.

With times tough through a sales cycle, sales reps/agents need to hear that they are doing a great job and that their effort is much appreciated. Their leaders also need to hear that they have a great asset on their team.

I am happy to have met Brian and most certainly will stay in touch with him as we build the next chapter of our lives in Wisconsin. If there is anyone I know who needs land, Brian will be my recommendation to them.

Tyler was outstanding. He was very helpful and worked extremely hard to find the right piece of property for me. He was always available and made plenty of time to answer any questions or concerns that I had. Every property visit, he spent a large amount of time with me and I never ever felt rushed to view a piece of land. He was patient, helpful, and eventually found a piece for me. He did a lot of work for me!

Brandon and Joe were amazing. They delivered above my expectations and I would absolutely refer anyone looking for land to them.

Derek was very pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to make a land purchase.
