Neil Schneider put his boots to dirt on day one on our property. His knowlege and ability to read land made it seem like he had explored it for years. He highlighted points of interest in photos the same day we met with him. He guided us thru a plan for the sale, then got started right away. He did so well in fact, that we had a fair offer within days of the first showing . Closing followed, a new history begins. We will use Neil again.

So I was new to buying land and did not know any of the ins and outs of doing that and going through that process. Matt was amazing to work with and NEVER made me feel like I was asking stupid questions and was always ready to answer my questions honestly. Matt seems to know what he is doing and he does it very well. I NEVER felt pressured or pushed into anything. He went out of his way to make sure the property was going to work with what I was wanting to do. He made this buying experience very enjoyable.

Alex showed me that he genuinely was there for my family's needs. He wasn't there just to make a dollar for himself or stature in the company that employs him. He was quick and diligent to take thorough pictures and list the property immediately after we met with him.

Kyle was readily available on the phone and through email and text. He was very personable, arranged a meeting with the seller, myself and himself to look at maps and talk about hunting locations and how the off-grid cabin functions. It was a very easy process for me because Kyle was so responsive during all phases.
