Kyle was very patient. Nine family members owned the property, making it difficult to move forward. We had no entry to the property, so we had to get easement agreements. That took the most time, and Kyle helped me approach the family and convince them to trust our agreement. It was an excellent experience despite the delays.

He never gave up, unlike the two real estate agents I had listed with before him from two different agencies. He did lots of research when he was first given my listing. He crossed all his t’s and dotted all the i’s. He also kept in touch to let me know what was happening, even if it was not much.
