Outstanding. Aaron was relatable,honest, and didn’t just care about the sale, but both parties making sure they were happy.

Our experience with Chris was amazing. We first put a property under contract and had to extend multiple times to try and get information on access and property lines. In the end we found the listing (from another listing realtor from another company) to be misleading in how the property was accessed and we did not move forward after due diligence. We lost money. Chris stepped up and made us a promise that he would make it right, even though it was not his mistake or listing. He followed through with that promise and messaged us the day before Thanksgiving to tell us he had "THE ONE". He was not lying. He will be the only person we ever buy property from ever again. He responded quickly, he addressed our concerns when they came up, and he came through in the end! We have given his name to everyone we know that is looking for property!

It was a great experience from beginning to end, he was very quick to answer all my questions, he is very knowledgable about land values and ways to improve property, I look forward to working with him again. After we closed it truly felt like a friendship was formed.

This is just a quick note to say how very pleased we are with our realtor, Jerrod Meyer. We asked him to sell our mountain property which also had a mountain cabin on it. Jerrod went to work and was able to sell within just a few months.

We know he was inundated with buyers, we also know that he put in countless hours making this happen.

It’s funny. If you are purchasing a home you would get 10 realtors beating on your door to sell. After many attempts using another realty company with no success. I remember seeing a Whitetail Properties office in a small town in Southern Indiana. So I looked you up on the internet. As I scrolled through the web site (which is well organized) I easily determined what agents were assigned to the area in Indiana I was looking. Now let’s go back to the other realty company, I called the agents given to me, left messages and NEVER heard back for them. When I called Zach he picked up the phone. Wow! Was all I could think. A real person. Zach immediately went work on the properties we were interested in. Within a couple hours we set up an appointment to meet him the next day. We signed an offer, but that was only the beginning of the effort Zach put in to satisfy our concerns and needs to secure the sale. He found contractors to do some investigation on the property without being charged. That is a feat in itself. Zach went above and beyond for us. Never said no and was willing to do anything. I will use Zach in the future. I would advise those individuals looking for property to call Whitetail Properties. It will be the best decision you can make.
