Excellent, Terry keep after this difficult sale for nearly 3 years.

From when I saw the sign which was about 8:30 in the morning until I signed the contract at 7 pm that evening, it was one of the hectic days of my life. This purchase was of major importance to the future of our small farm and Clyde worked hard to make it happen. I am grateful for him helping to push us over the finish line as the eventual buyers. It could have easily gone a different direction but I am confident Clyde was helping us the whole time.
