I felt compelled to drop you a line concerning my recent property sale and give you some feedback on one of your sales agents, Adam Hayden. I had many sales agents wanting to list my property. I considered selling "by owner" as past experience showed many agents sell from their desk, waiting for the phone to ring. Adam Hayden was the only one to call back to inquire if I had made any decision or had questions regarding my property. He was polite, professional, easy to talk and connect with. I was very clear on my expectations and was pretty hard on him at first because if I was paying a high commission I wanted results not lip service. Not knowing Adam or Whitetail Properties I signed on for six months just to see how things would go. To my great surprise, Adam worked tirelessly day & night and made himself available 24/7. He kept me informed several times each week as to current status and took care of the buyer as well, resolving any problems or concerns. Dan did an amazing job from the start. Showing us the land and explaining different features as we hiked, pointing out signs of wildlife, mushrooms, ginseng, and tree saplings to the very end when he made sure we were happy and satisfied before signing on the line. Dan worked both side professionally and I never felt as though I needed to get my own realtor. I've already recommended him and the company to multiple friends and family.

Mr. Todd made my first land buying experience great!! He was always able to answer any questions I had in a very timely manner and consistently checked on me to make sure I received any email or text he might have sent regarding the land! Since we are from out of state, our agent Joe Martin had to not only review and call on but actual go to many properties and forward us the information about each property to see if we had been interested. He actually took pictures and video while at some of the properties. Joe even went out of his way to make appointments with either my wife or my son to visit some properties. He was with us through the entire process and I would never use anyone else after experiencing Joe's service.
