We just finally closed on our recreational property, in eastern Iowa. We had the pleasure of working with Grant Olson. When we first contacted Grant he was excellent at listening to what kind of property we were looking for and he took his time trying to find the correct property to fill our needs. He was very prompt with the answers to our questions and really went to bat for use when things did not look like it was going to happen. He was the voice of reason when needed and made it happen for us. My name is Terry Bowker and my wife, LaVeta and I would like to share our experience with one of your agents, Austin Gann of Oklahoma. We contacted Austin regarding properties that we found on your website and were in the area where we desired to ultimately retire to.  Austin took personal time away from his family over the holiday to meet with us as that was the only time that my wife and I could make it back due to our jobs. Austin was very down-to-earth and personable. My dream has always been to have a place that I could manage wildlife on for my sons and my grandchildren to have a place to hunt.  With each interaction, Austin would talk about resources that he could put us into contact with that would help us to develop our property into a prime whitetail habitat.  Austin was also very knowledgeable about the communities close to the property and what they offered. He was realistic with the pros and cons of the properties, so that we could make a wise and informed decision. There was also some hard times that were really out of Austin's control in regards to the previous owners and the process of transferring possession of the property.   Austin treated the seller with kindness, recognizing that she was in a really difficult place in life. For a young man, Austin showed a high level of honesty and professionalism. l look forward to the day when I am able to make the transition back to Oklahoma and work with Austin to develop my property.

Last year, I decided to purchase a 747 acre farm through Kirk Gilbert and Whitetail Properties. It was one of the biggest decisions/investments of my life and Kirk made it the smoothest transaction I have ever been a part of.
