The Betty J [Brown] Robinson, Estate properties were handle in a very professional manor with Jason working day and night continually to give my Brother, Sister and I all possible sale options in a tireless manor. Jason was always available to answer any questions and to work on the best sale and auction possibilities for many months with the final results on both properties resulting in better then expect returns. Jason identified with all issues on these sales and since I live in Pittsburgh many challenging situations had to be over come to make the final results come to fruition.

We sold two properties with Thad Schroeder in 2012. I have to say, Thad got it done. My experience with purchasing property thru Whitetail Properties was a real pleasure. With limited time to view all the properties I was interested in, agent Boyce Flener did a great job. I have been reaping the benefits from Bryhn’s specialized knowledge of deer habitat and land development for almost a decade now. Almost 10 years ago, I asked Bryhn to set up one of my first farms so we could see and harvest more quality bucks. After initiating a food plot plan and strategically placing stands on the farms, we are still killing bucks from these same stands year after year. I had to write and let you know how happy I am with my “Whitetail Properties experience”. With an immense amount of help from Jason Cleveland, I was able to purchase my 1st piece of property for hunting. Being a novice to both property purchase and hunting, Jason helped me understand the process and helped direct me to the right piece of property that would fit my needs.

I closed on my 120 acre tract on November 8th and was hunting on opening day of firearms season just one week later. What a thrill to be hunting on my very own land. And what a heart thumping ride of adrenaline it was to encounter and take a 152” trophy on my 1st day in the stand! Needless to say I am hooked.
