I sure hope I can remember how to use a lot of that technology—thank you for being so helpful and patient! We were amazed at how quickly we had contracts on the three tracts of properties after listing them (one day, 14 days, then a few weeks later on the final tract). After the first two closings, you also helped us understand that when a lawyer needs to be involved in obtaining a written document it can take a longer time than expected. It was amazing! My husband and I were going into this on our own and being our first land purchase we didn’t know the exact process. After contacting Zach, he was very easy to talk to, explained the process and how the whole process worked! Truly took all the guesswork away and made it so simple to make our dream a reality! We greatly appreciate all his help and effort and are beyond excited to have some land of our own!

After contacting Jerrod to maybe help us with selling our folks farm, he came out to the Gardner Farm and visited with us in the barn. Peggy and I both felt very comfortable with Jerrod. He gave us ideas about selling the farm and how it is done. He said it would be put on Whitetail's web site, which he did and the pictures were great. He informed us about some people coming across the river after he set up the cameras, which was good to know and we checked this out. It was a good visit and then we went for a ride around the farm and in the river bottom.
