Throughout my life, I have been blessed with opportunities to purchase, own, and enjoy numerous hunting properties. This property transaction was more remarkable than any other. I contacted Rich in mid-September, indicating my interest and making my offer, informing him that I would like a quick response to my offer informing him that I would like a quick response to my offer, if the agreement was reached, closing as soon as possible. Knowing hunting season was beginning at the end of September, I wanted to obtain possession as early in the hunting season as possible.

Even though it was a cash transaction, I was aware that the title work had to be completed, documents prepared, and so forth. Rich said, "How does two weeks sound?"
