This is the second time I worked with Jeff and he made the whole process go very smooth. This was a smaller tract but his attention to detail and professionalism were equally as high as when I purchased a larger tract with him. I work in Real Estate every day for my profession and know how valuable a good agent is. He is definitely one of the best.

I am not a big believer in coincidences, so having Tre to lean on and pick his brain on how to go about selling Dad and Mom's farm was a BLESSING BEYOND BELIEF! He walked my wife and I through each step along the way! I cannot share enough how much easier the whole process was thanks to Tre. My Dad and Mom owned this 144+ acres since 1965. It is not easy to say goodbye to a place that you call home and have many fond memories of!

I am confident and at peace knowing that Tre was helping us and believe wholeheartedly that my Dad and Mom would have been fond of him and his work as well! Ironically, thanks in large part to Tre, one parcel of Dad and Mom's property was sold to a high school classmate of mine and I was able to reconnect with her and her husband on this sale. Again, my Dad and Mom knew my classmate and would have been pleased.

My only regret is that I do not have more property to sell with Tre! Forever grateful for Tre and the opportunity to work with him and Whitetail!
